In 1989, KSD Custom Wood Products was birthed in the garage of its founder, Kim Doubleday. As a young recently discharged veteran from the United States Navy, Kim had a vision that he was ready to pursue with a passion. A passion for designing and building the best hand-crafted wood products. He started with windows and doors and his passion began to grow and prosper in ernest. Many years of hard work and innovation is built into each KSD Custom Wood Product.
Today, KSD’s 30 plus skilled craftsmen put proven techniques to work in our 40,000 square foot facility. It is designed with state-of-the-art technology and stream-lined manufacturing in a super-safe and clean environment. KSD is known for custom crafted wood products like traditional wood windows and doors made with distinction, to the highest standards and sought by architects and customers who want the best quality and value in their marketplace every time.
